Our wonderful Mr. Peter is retiring after a beautiful career that spans 45 years. There’s a rich history between Mr. Peter and GDC. He was professional dancer for many years back when it was Ruth Mitchell Dance Theatre and in 2019 he returned to join our faculty. He has such a warm presence and his encouragement and guidance is so cherished by many. We will miss him greatly, and we are beyond grateful for all he’s done for our dancers over the years. We feel honored that he chose his final bow with us. We are so lucky to have had him on our team and we wish him the absolute best! 💙

Our Primary Dance Camps are for young dancers wanting to explore multiple styles of dance! Each camp includes immersion in two different dance styles and an end of the week demonstration to show what dancers have learned. Fly, shine, and dance the day away in these fun - filled, week long camps ✨ If your dancer is interested in auditioning for our Company, we strongly recommend signing up for the Company Bound Ballet / Jazz Camp. Ballet Bootcamp is for Rising 3rd and 4th graders who want to focus on technique, strength, and flexibility. 🩰 This will include supplemental dance education in dance history, ballet terminology, and conditioning. Summer Dance Camp Alert! 🤩

We are offering themed, week - long camps perfect for the first time dancer or budding dance enthusiast. Through storytelling and imagination, your little one will learn the basics of classical ballet technique! There will be games and crafts included as well as an end of the week demo to share what dancers have learned. Come dance the day away with us in the land of fairytales, mythical creatures, and magical places! 🧚🦄⭐️
