LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING…..
Just a regular weekend stop at one of my favorite gas stations in town.
I am leveling up over time. I know this somehow seems amazing however I want to share something with you. Here’s the secret to how I am improving my skills at rates people wish they could have at this point when we all started,….
It’s in the details and the discipline in executing them. I’m far from some of the more amazing skills that several other online trainers are at, however they understand this process I am going through because that’s how they got to where they are now today.
One day my services will worth much more than what I will offer you today. So before it gets there I suggest you reply “TRAIN ME” and let the journey begin with a comprehensive guide that will take you from beginner to intermediate and if it’s in you to become advance, you will push yourself there.
Peace and blessings 🕊️
WHAT WE IGNORE BECOMES THE LIMITING FACTOR.
PERIOD!

Here is one of my conclusions of a 3 week training block. The session began with a classic structual strength exercise and concluded with calisthenics.
Rep Range & Weight Lifted
1 x 10: 225 lbs
3 x 1: 300, 315, 330 lbs
Reply “Strength” and get on the waitlist for my 8 and 12 week weight training + calisthenics programs. There are three levels, beginner, intermediate, and advanced these programs are designed and scaled for both men and women.
Peace and I look forward to working with you.

Today wrapped up my 3-week strength phase — one set of 4 reps ➡️ 3 reps ➡️ 2 reps ➡️ 1 rep.
Whether you’re new here or have been following my journey for a while, I want to remind you that I’m a strength coach working with dozens of athletes. I love pushing my body not just for the physical benefits, but also for the mental clarity and resilience that training brings.
I share this journey because strength isn’t just about lifting weights — it’s about lifting yourself.
I’m always open to connecting and creating new opportunities to train and grow together with people from all over the world 🌎
Hello guys and girls,
We’re now in the last quarter of the year! This marks my third year of a slow and steady strength buildup leading into the new year. Over the past few months, I’ve been tapering down from higher training volumes and am now entering the final phase of peak strength development to close out 2025 strong.
I’m still relatively new to sharing my journey online, and I truly appreciate anyone who’s chosen to follow, watch, or learn from my progress in strength and calisthenics.
If you’re interested in joining my next phase of training, reply “weightlist” below and I’ll add you to the waitlist for the upcoming “2026 Strength Training” program — a plan designed to help you grow in both strength and consistency.
Peace and blessings,
Looking forward to working with you. 🙏💪
