Do you ever catch yourself saying you “fell off the wagon” or that you need to “get back on track”?
Challenge yourself to change the way you think. If you miss a workout or don’t eat healthy for a day, that doesn’t mean you failed. It means you’re human. Just keep going. Continue the rest of the day eating better or pick your workouts back up the following day.
The moment you stop calling your journey something you “messed up” is the moment you’ll start seeing better results.
Consistency isn’t about perfectly following a plan. It’s about choosing habits that fit into your life and repeating them often enough that they become who you are.
Consistency isn’t about perfection. It’s about building a lifestyle that sticks. Ditch the dieting mentality and make it your lifestyle. I promise you'll see and keep the results you want.
If you need guidance, I'm always here to help!

I get it, not everyone loves fitness. Not everyone wants to make working out their thing. But here’s the truth. Fitness isn’t just for the people who enjoy it, it’s for everyone.
Why? Because movement is medicine. It helps you live longer and enjoy those years more. It keeps you independent so you can take care of yourself instead of relying on others. It makes everyday life easier, from carrying groceries, climbing stairs and playing with your kids/grandkids.
A stronger body also means fewer injuries and less pain. Exercise lowers the risk of chronic illness and helps manage the ones you may already have. It gives you more energy, boosts your mood, and improves mental health. And let’s be real, the confidence you get from knowing your body can do things is unmatched.
You don’t have to love it. You don’t have to make it your favorite hobby. But you do need it.
Fitness is necessary for a healthy life and if you’re not sure where to start, I’d love the chance to help you take that first step. Please don't hesitate to reach out!

I know starting a fitness journey can feel intimidating and overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. If you’re like me and don’t want to work out in a gym, it’s absolutely possible to get results at home. Start with what you have. Use things around your house as weights. Start with body weight. Just start.
When I started my journey, I didn’t have a home gym or a wall full of weights. I started in my living room with a few sets of light dumbbells, a yoga mat, and one thing that mattered most: the determination to change everything.
Over the years, we’ve picked up more equipment here and there. But the truth is, you don’t need much to get started. What matters most is showing up, putting in the work, and staying consistent. I know some people look at my setup now and think, “Well yeah, of course you can get results with all that equipment.” But that’s not how I started. These pictures show exactly where I began and how our setup grew over time.
If you’re just starting, remember this. Do not compare your day 1 to someone’s year 10. Focus on your journey, your progress, and what you can do today to move closer to your goals. The fancy stuff can come later. Results don’t depend on how much equipment you have, but on what you do with what you have.
It’s not about starting perfect. It’s about starting and never giving up.
I'm always just a message away if you need help or guidance. Please don't hesitate to reach out. Let me help you get started!

What's stopping you?
This is for the people who are unhappy with themselves. I've been there.
The ones who hide when the cameras come out. Or position themselves behind others. Yep, this was me too.
The ones who wish things were different but don’t know where to start. I get it. It's overwhelming, but it's not as complicated as you think.
So be honest. What’s really stopping you from losing weight and getting healthier?
I'm not asking in a judgmental way. I'm asking in a let’s-face-it-so-we-can-fix-it kind of way.
Here are a few things I hear often. Do any of these sound familiar?
“I don’t have time.”
You don’t need hours a day. You need consistency. Even 30 minutes a few times a week can change everything.
“I have an injury or health condition.”
That makes it even more important to take control of what you can do. You may need to adjust your workouts, but nutrition is where the biggest impact happens.
“I’m not motivated.”
Motivation isn’t something you wait for. It’s something you build by showing up. Action creates momentum. Not the other way around.
If you're serious about change, start with your nutrition. What you eat, how much, and how often will always move the needle more than any workout. Exercise supports it, but food drives the results.
So what’s stopping you and what are you going to do about it?
If you're ready, I'm here to help! I can give you guidance on nutrition and create a workout routine that's just for you.
Message me so we can get you started! 😊

To the person struggling in your health and fitness journey, this is for you.
I know it's hard right now. The workouts feel like a chore. The scale isn't moving the way you hoped. You’re sore, tired, and wondering if all this effort is even worth it.
Let me be honest with you. This part right here, the uncomfortable part, is exactly where most people quit. They feel the pressure, the frustration, the doubt, and they stop. But you're not most people.
Struggle is not a sign that you're failing. It's proof that you're in the process of change. And change is messy. Change is uncomfortable. But change is also worth it.
You don’t need motivation. Motivation is unreliable. What you need is commitment. Discipline. A reminder of why you started in the first place.
You're not always going to feel like it. Some days you'll want to give up. Some days you'll eat off plan. Some days you’ll skip the workout. But that doesn't mean you're done. It means you're human.
You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep going.
Choose to show up. Even when it's hard. Especially when it's hard.
You are capable. You are strong. And you are not alone in this.
Get back up. Keep going. Future you is counting on it.

Happy Monday! 😁
I don't know if you saw my stories, but I created a plank challenge that I'm starting today! I created it for myself and then decided I'd ask if others would be interested in joining me. I mean.. torturing yourself is more fun when you're not doing it alone, right?! Haha!
I made 2 different trackers that you can choose from because I know not everyone will want to do the set times. Use the tracker with set times if you want an extra push, or go with the blank version and put in your own time each day. Your goal is to be better than you were the day before. Your only competition is YOU!
The type of plank you do is totally up to you. Knees, forearms, or high plank. Pick what works for you! I listed out the different options and gave form tips to help.
Keep me posted on your progress by either tagging me in your stories, commenting here or send me a DM!
Happy planking and good luck! 😅

If the diet you're on has an end date, so will your results. Sustainable weight loss isn’t about crash plans or chasing quick fixes. It’s about reshaping your daily habits into a lifestyle that supports your goals long-term.
You don’t need another diet. You need habits that help you keep the weight off. Habits you can actually live with.
The real issue isn’t your weight, it’s your lifestyle. The good news? That’s something you have the power to change.
It doesn’t matter if your movement is limited or you can’t do intense workouts, the biggest driver of weight loss and better health is what you eat. Your habits in the kitchen matter more than your time in the gym.

Eggs are a tiny powerhouse of nutrition that deserve way more hype than they get. These little guys are packed with high-quality protein, healthy fats, and a long list of vitamins and minerals your body loves. One standout benefit? They help boost HDL, your good cholesterol, which supports heart health and keeps your arteries happy.
But wait, there's more! Eggs contain vitamin K2, a lesser-known nutrient that plays a big role in directing calcium where it belongs; into your bones, not your arteries. That means K2 helps lower your risk of arterial calcification, which is as nasty as it sounds.
So if you’re skipping eggs because of outdated cholesterol myths, it’s time to crack open the truth. Toss a couple into your breakfast rotation and let your heart and bones reap the benefits.

I made this for my clients, but I decided I'd share it here as well. Save or screenshot the pic so it's on your phone and accessible when you need it. I hope it's helpful! 🥰
