You will train with an American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor to hone your swim and rescue skills over four 1-hour sessions. Our goal is to help you be a confident and capable Lifeguard, and the Swim Rescue Preparation Course is a great first step for new or refreshing Lifeguards.

Today we are shouting out our very own unicorn: Chris Hartman! 🦄🤿 Why is he a unicorn, you ask? It’s because he is one of only two SSI XR Instructors in the entire state! We think that’s pretty impressive. 🤯
As one of our most active instructors, he has influenced and inspired nearly 300 divers since he started teaching in 2018. 📚
