FALL 2026 STRENGTH & CONDITIONING WORKOUTS

**A cleared 2027 Athletic Registration is required to participate**

Starting September 9th • After School

Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays

Approximately 1–2 hours per session

$200 for the Entire Fall

Program runs September–December

We are excited to welcome Griffin Roelle back to lead the Lassiter Baseball Strength & Conditioning program. Griffin brings more than 15 years of experience in strength and conditioning, working with elite CrossFit® athletes and championship-level teams. A three-time CrossFit® Games competitor, both individually and as part of a team, Griffin has competed at the highest level of the sport and was once recognized as the strongest athlete in the field.

Prior to CrossFit®, Griffin was an accomplished football player, winning a national championship at the collegiate level and ranking as Georgia’s top high school receiver.

Griffin’s athletic background shapes his approach to training—combining technical precision, purposeful movement and a relentless work ethic. His goal is to help athletes become the best versions of themselves by developing strength, resilience, confidence and the ability to perform when it matters most.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
These workouts are voluntary and are not required or a prerequisite for making the Lassiter Baseball team.

The $200 program fee must be paid in full prior to participation.

Based on the school calendar, holidays and breaks, the program will include approximately 25–35 training sessions, making the cost approximately $5–$7 per session.

Lassiter Baseball’s Bradley Frye, a 2021 graduate and shortstop on the Trojans’ State Championship runner-up team, has been nominated for MiLB Play of the Week!

Bradley signed with the San Diego Padres organization in 2025 and made this incredible play in his first game after being promoted to the Fort Wayne TinCaps (High-A).
