We had a wonderful time at the Bellfest Pop Up event yesterday in Atlanta! We love geeking out with other kettlebell people! Kettlebell flow, arm bars, and Madeleine Conti and Lisa Ulley | Online Fitness Coach even asked us to do a quick demo of sport style movements. There will be a two day event in Atlanta in October, and we are looking forward to that event as well. Looking forward to connecting again in October or even before then! 💪🥰 Jenn Casey riseupfitnessga Lisa frank

A big congratulations to Maria for bringing home the bronze medal in 12kg Master’s Sn**ch! Maria also competed in Long Cycle AND One Arm Long Cycle! Three lifts in a short time is a LOT of work and we are so proud to have helped Maria prepare for this HUGE undertaking!

We have been watching the competition in Moldova and there have been many exciting moments on the platform! Continued good wishes to the US Team and all of the competitors this weekend!

And in the end, it’s really about the people. This is a hard, difficult, challenging sport. If it wasn’t for the people who help us out, encourage us, cheer for us, help carry our kettlebells, then we might not undertake the challenge in the first place! So lovely to see so many of our kettlebell BFFs, we know our paths will cross again really soon. (Maybe in July, just sayin’!)

Day 2 of lifting at IKMF is over!

Arya Negre, Conner Berning, and Sean Casey all competed in the same flight, in Double Pentathlon. Big efforts by all three of these amazing youth athletes! Arya is bringing home Gold, Sean also got Gold, and Conner is coming back with Silver! 🥇🥇🥈 We got the livestream for this flight (see below)

Lisa Frank and Jessie Sharp also competed in Double Pentathlon, and they are also bringing home Silver medals!!!! 🙌💪 We also have the video from this flight, below, which is why we didn’t get pics!

Urmi Tawar lifted Double Jerk today since just a single kettlebell yesterday wasn’t enough! 😘😉 And another Gold!

Great lifting to all! We are proud of the entire USA Team and we are proud to be a sponsor of this event. We have a TON of pics to share, these are just the highlights of this amazing weekend!

Next up: Bell Slingers, our annual summer competition! July 11, at . There are opportunities to qualify for the IKMF US Team going to Scotland and for the AKLU USA 2027 Team. And we have some other surprises in store, so stay tuned! Registration is in our bio. See you all soon, happy lifting!
