Lisa Frank is our Vice President and Co-Founder. Since 2015, we have been bringing KB Sport to Georgia and the Southeast!

Let’s take a minute to celebrate the 8 lifters from Georgia who will compete as part of the US Team at in May! The great state of Georgia makes up almost 10% of the whole team, and we couldn’t be prouder!

Another amazing Georgia lifter: Arya! Coached by her mom of the Iron Legion Kettlebell Club, one of our FAVORITE Georgia clubs, Arya has yet AGAIN qualified for the US Team competing in Syracuse New York! She set a big PR at and we know she will continue to amaze us all this May! Congrats, Arya!!!!

A big congratulations to Jackson Heaton, for qualifying for the US Team competing in Syracuse this May! Jackson will be tackling half marathon 24kg one arm long cycle, and we are super proud to have done what we can to help him get a start in Kettlebell Sport! Jackson is a DJ here in Atlanta so we feel it’s only appropriate to say ROCK ON JACKSON! 💪💪💪

Some still pictures from yesterday! It was a very busy and fun afternoon of lifting! Several first-timers, many youth athletes, and some out-of-towners too. And we will begin judging the virtual sets today! We’ve got some videos too, and if you were at the event yesterday please send us your pics and videos (or tag us/invite us to collaborate). And yesterday, all of the stars aligned in the universe and and were able to spend a few HOURS together, catching up on the latest training and competitions, planning some fun things for (December 6 at ), and talking about life! We also realized that Georgia Kettlebell Sport is 10 YEARS OLD! It was just over a decade ago that we threw our first, and accidental (iykyk), competition, and it’s been a wonderful adventure ever since! Come see us at Jingle Bells, or Jenn’s program at , or online for remote programming! We somehow NEVER get tired of talking all things and especially Kettlebell Sport, and look forward to many more decades of lifting together and being ! 💪❤️💪❤️💪 Here’s to the future and Forever Teammates and Training Partners! 😘

Jingle Bells 2025 is coming up December 6 at ! This event is a qualifier for IKMF and AKLU and is part of the IKO 2025 Grand Prix. Registration is in our bio. We can’t wait to see you there and happy lifting!
