Summer Surf Camp starts June 1st! We’ll be surfing in Santa Monica all the way through September 5th. Join us for a day, a week, or the whole summer.
Our days are spent surfing, swimming, playing beach games, and most importantly making lifelong memories with new friends. Our experienced instructors create a fun, supportive environment that encourages learning, confidence, and safe play in the ocean.
Camp is open to all experience levels, from first time surfers to more advanced kids looking to improve their skills. Ages 6 to 16 welcome.

We’re endlessly grateful for this planet; for the oceans that carry us, the waves that challenge and inspire us, and the landscapes that ground us in something bigger than ourselves.
Every day, we get to wake up and do what we love, connected to nature in its purest form. From jungle surf exploration in Costa Rica to sunny summer camp mornings here at home, these experiences remind us just how lucky we are to share in the beauty of this earth.
It’s on all of us to protect it, respect it, and give back to the places that give us so much.

Spring Break wraps up today and it is hard to put these past two weeks into words 🌊☀️ From Venice to Zuma everyone charged spring swells!
So many first waves, huge breakthroughs, new friendships, and nonstop progression from start to finish. This is exactly what Sunrise is all about.
We are beyond grateful for every family who trusted us and every camper who showed up ready to learn, push themselves, and have fun. The energy these past two weeks has been unreal.
