Say hello👋to Grace Oh 💛✨
Grace is a Multidisciplinary Healing + Arts Practitioner. Her studies and practices over the last 20 years combines Sound Healing, Reiki, Nutritional Cheffing, Yoga, and Vibrational Photography.

Grace has been in practice with various branches of yoga for over 25 years. In 2019 she completed her first 200-hr yoga teacher training with Sara Falugo & Lori Snyder. Grace has been working with numerous clients privately in the greater Los Angeles area and co-facilitated international retreats since 2016.

Grace’s focus for Beach Yoga is connecting our natural rhythms and nature elements. Her morning slow flow gently opens the body’s pathways through oceanic breathwork and intuitive movement, guided by the individual intelligence of each person’s body.

Join her this Saturday at 10:15am and most Thursdays at 8:15am for a soulful yoga session. She will also be co-facilitating a Beach Yoga Sound Bath with Libby on September 19th. Link 🔗 in bio. See you on the sand! 🐬
