I found my way to yoga in 2020, as a way to calm my nervous system during an uncertain time. What started there became a daily practice by 2023, and in the summer of 2025 I completed my 200-hour teacher training in Charlottesville, Virginia. Now a recent LA transplant, I bring that same practice west.

Off the mat, I'm a poet and lifelong reader who has been reading tarot for years, and that intuitive, reflective sensibility carries into how I teach.

Wonderful, restorative Vinyasa with Christina. It truly is a little sanctuary nest over Venice Beach! The class was wonderfully paste with a lot of breathing and centering. My body is grateful! I will go back and try some other classes .. I’m hooked

What is Kirtan? Kirtan is a participatory, call-and-response style of devotional chanting set to music. Rooted in the ancient Bhakti (devotional) yoga tradition of India, it involves a leader singing sacred mantras while the audience repeats them back, serving as a collective form of meditation and mindfulness.
