2. 2 muffin tins of six, muffin cups โฃ
3. Place all items in the blender ๐˜ฆ๐˜น๐˜ค๐˜ฆ๐˜ฑ๐˜ต ๐˜ฃ๐˜ญ๐˜ถ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ฆ๐˜ด and process for 20 seconds โฃ
4. Pour muffins into 12 muffin cups in the tinโฃ
5. Bake for 16-18 min! โฃ

If you empty your cup, you wonโ€™t be youโ€™re amazing self- youโ€™ll be exhausted, frustrated & shell of yourself. Find ways to FILL your cup with the activities, practices, things you actually love. Maybe you donโ€™t know! Close your eyes, dream up ideas. Make them outrageous. Go for it! Find small activities & schedule larger portions of time to take the trip to Italy, book a spa day, go skiing, get your nails done, walk outdoors! Whatever it is. Block it off!โฃ
