The Aquatic Center will close at 4:00pm. There will be no evening Kids Stop. All evening classes are cancelled.

**ANNOUNCEMENT**

Tuesday classes will now be at 5pm (rather than 4:30) starting tomorrow, March 3rd. We’re hoping the time change will allow more people to make to class after work. 😊

The HUB will reopen Tuesday, January 27th for regular hours 4:30am–9:00pm.

❄️ Winter Weather Closure Update ❄️

Due to severe winter weather and unsafe travel conditions, The HUB will be CLOSED:

Saturday, January 24th
Sunday, January 25th
Monday, January 26th

We plan to reopen at 4:30am on Tuesday, January 27th, pending conditions.

This decision is all about safety for our members, guests, and staff. We know routines matter, but staying warm and off dangerous roads matters more. 💙

While we’re closed, try to keep moving at home, stay hydrated, get good rest, and check in on loved ones if it’s safe.

REV+FLOW is a low impact, high intensity workout that combines functional movement, mobility, flexibility, balance and strength training for muscle endurance. Routines are a bit slower than in our REFIT® classes but the music is still fun and uplifting. REV+FLOW is offered every Wednesday at 5:30pm at The HUB Recreation Center.

Hello everyone, and welcome to 2026!
It’s a brand-new year and a fresh week—what better time for a personal health reset?
I’ve been teaching group fitness for 13 years and REFIT® for the past 5. Dance cardio isn’t just great for your body—it’s amazing for your brain, too! It helps your mind and body work together and is an incredible stress reliever. For one hour, we get to focus on the music and the moves—trust me, there’s no room in your brain for anything else (and that’s a good thing!).
Worried about not knowing the dance steps? Good news—we’re starting with a new playlist, so everyone will be learning together, instructors included! I introduce a new routine almost every week, so there’s always something fresh and fun to keep us moving and growing.
Throughout January, The Hub is waiving the annual membership fee! I’d love for you to take advantage of this amazing offer and join us on the dance floor!
