The new additions to the weight room have arrived.

Wow! The CTE Expansion Ribbon Cutting was held at River Valley this morning, and Coach Richards was among those in attendance. The Expansion and Renovation now gives RV amazing facilities and Lab Spaces for: Agricultural and Environmental Systems Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources Bioscience Construction Technologies Allied Health and Nursing ...and the brand new Viking Strength Center!!! (Coach Richards has already trademarked the nicknames of The VSC or The Vike, following the trend of giving facilities cool nicknames) Mrs. Seckel, Ms. Parrott, Mr. Brown, Mrs. Reale and all Viking athletics and activities now have some amazing space and resources to learn, grow and be amazing. Attached is a tiny glimpse of The Viking Strength Center with a quick walk through. There is a public open house this evening at 6pm. #VikingPride #IBWU

The football team engaged in a team-building exercise, grouping into teams of four to compete in the fallen Navy SEAL “Mike Murphy” workout as an “earn your shirt” challenge.
