Marv Cook, former Iowa Hawkeye, New England Patriot All-Pro, and 7-time State Champion Head Coach at IC Regina spoke to our team about setting high expectations, enjoying the opportunity to play, and commitment to maximum effort on the field. Great words from a true legend!

Today, the team visited students at Boulder Peak Intermediate to talk about “Sharpening the Saw”—taking care of your physical, mental, spiritual and social well-being so you can keep growing, learning and renewing your energy.
