🏅 Summer 2026 MVP's 🏅

South - Steve Kelly making his return to BYL this summer lead his team through the regular season as a championship contender. Mustangs came up short in the conference championship vs Flight however Steve went in averaging 30ppg, 6rpg, and 5apg. Steve consistently delivered top performances and was a lethal weapon for the Mustangs.

Central - Ryan Flauto elevated his team through the regular season and all the way to the conference championship where they took down the defending 2x champs. Averaging 28ppg, 14rpg, and 3bpg Ryan showed he is an absolute superstar. He is adding another accolade to his laundry list of a 2026 campaign in BYL with the conference MVP.

🏆BYL FINALS Championship Recap🏆

Another chapter closed in the BYL Finals champions series. Flight emerged as the Summer 2026 BYL Finals Champion, closing out an 83–66 victory over the LA Fitness Legends yesterday at Dana Barros.

The game was a true back‑and‑forth battle, highlighted by a 51–51 tie deep into the second half. After a crucial timeout, Flight responded with a decisive 15-2 run, seizing momentum and never letting it slip again.

No single player stole the spotlight, instead, Flight’s win was built on timely ex*****on and key buckets from Aaron Calixte, Ronnie Turner and Saleek Marshall behind the arc which helped secure the championship and cement Flight’s place at the top of the BYL in Summer 2026. Congratulations Flight ✈️

🏆 Central Conference Championship Recap 🏆

LA Fitness Legends has captured its second consecutive BYL championship, adding the Summer 2026 hardware to their State title run in the Spring money tournament.

LA with a 73-60 victory over defending 2x conference champion foe, DNA2WIN, was led by none other than Ryan Flauto. Flauto filled the stat sheet with 29pts, 11rebs, and 3blks setting the tone on both ends of the floor.

The South vs Central championship series, BYL Finals, continues at Dana Barros in Stoughton, MA tomorrow 8/26 at 7:30pm. Don't miss this!! 🍿🎥

🏆 Southern Conference Championship Recap 🏆

Flight has secured their 1st championship in franchise history with a statement win over Mustangs. The 77-60 victory was commanded by Aaron Calixte with a stunning 36pt, 7reb, 4ast performance. Flight awaits their BYL Finals opponent of the Central conference who's championship is scheduled for this Sunday.

🏆BACK-2-BACK CHAMPIONS🏆

UMass Dartmouth Corsairs closed out Summer 2026 as the undisputed back-2-back champs, defeating Wheaton College 73-68 to secure their second consecutive title.

The Corsairs finished a PERFECT 17-0 across the last two summer sessions with an incredible +214 pt differential.
