Massachusetts Young Agriculture Professionals

The Young Farmer and Rancher Committee is made up of Farm Bureau members between the ages of 18-35 we are engaged in agriculture or the equine industry.

MFBF’s Young Agriculture Leaders (formerly Young Farmers and Ranchers) cultivates the next generation through leadership development, advocacy training & networking opportunities. The objective of the YF&R program is to provide leadership in building a more effective Farm Bureau and preserve our individual freedoms and expand our opportunities in agriculture.
