The Minuteman Flames Minor Hockey Association is one of the largest and most competitive Elite and AAA Programs in New England.

The Minuteman Flames first took the ice as a single team in the 1975-1976 season. They were formed with all-star players from the Minuteman Youth Hockey League, which operated at the Nashoba Valley Olympia in Acton, Massachusetts. During

Congratulations to the 2014 Minuteman Flames! Quebec Cup Champions

We are heartbroken to share the passing of one of our beloved teammates, Gavin Beaulieu (August 13, 2014 – August 14, 2025). 💔 Gavin tried out for the 2014 Minuteman Flames in March 2022. Less than two months later he was diagnosed with Leukemia. Despite the challenges of treatment, Gavin showed up season after season…practicing, joining pregame skates, and always supporting his teammates from the bench, fully suited up. Finally, on September 7, 2024, Gavin got the opportunity to play in his very first game as a Minuteman Flame. It was a special moment for Gavin, his family, and the team. A memory we will carry with us forever. Devastatingly just a month later Gavin’s cancer relapsed and he was forced back to Boston Children’s Hospital for care. Even when he couldn’t skate, Gavin never stopped showing up. His courage, smile, and unwavering love for the game inspired everyone who knew him. Now it is our turn to be there for Gavin and his family. Though we are devastated, we will continue to fight on the ice for our teammate, our Flame, our #90. Rest in peace, Gavin.
