Bringing out a new workout this week. Shiny Susan! Pice said. We named that appropriately! lol, this week has been one of the best ever at the studio, a new way of programming and it’s going to make a difference for many many peeps!

Tomorrow we start the best chapter since I started teaching in 2008. For years it’s been leading to this, but I didn’t see it I love how God’s plan is so much cooler than mine, just let me step out of the way and follow! We have created five workouts for week 1, these will work together for our clients. In studio with us they have two reformer sessions, at home they have 3 videos, 20 min or less, this week they get a classical Pilates, a mat mobility, and a yin. We practice our own classes, and we are also enrolled into our own program 🙌🙌 cheers to the next year, can’t wait to see the progressions!
