But this journey is bigger than bodybuilding.
One thing I tell every client:
You do NOT need to step on a stage to transform your life.
Anybody can take 8, 12, or 16 weeks and decide:
“For this block of time, I’m choosing ME.”
Turn off the noise.
The drinking.

Standing cable chest fly done RIGHT.
This movement is all about stabilization and ex*****on. Since it’s a freestanding movement, your body has to work to stabilize the load so the chest can truly do the work. Biggest key? Keep those shoulder blades retracted so you can isolate the pec and stop the front delts from taking over.
You’ll notice I don’t let the elbows drift excessively deep behind the body and I keep the weight path controlled to protect the shoulders and keep constant tension on the chest. Slight lean forward, controlled tempo, squeeze hard through the contraction.
A lot of people call this a “finisher.” I disagree. You can use this movement anywhere in your workout — warm-up, activation work, or during your main chest training. Multiple angles, constant tension, and way less joint impact when performed correctly.
