Give it up for all the participants at today’s DelVal Power Classic! Everyone had a great time and much weight was hoisted. Thank you to Verb, Dave S, Diana G, Bubba, and Tom C for helping to run it.

Congratulations to all of our 83 members that earned their Committed Club sticker for December! They all attended at least 15 classes across the month. 🤘
We had 21 individuals reach the ‘Committed Club’ for every calendar month of 2025. These athletes are the ‘Committed of the Committed’ and represent the best of our community. Bravo!
Special nod to Solomon Patterson, winner of a special prize. 🏋🏿♂️ Hint: it weighs exactly 45 pounds and spinsssss.

Happy Birthday to the guy who can coach a flawless squat, drop a dad joke mid-WOD, and still somehow make everyone feel seen and supported.
Your knowledge is deeeeeeeep, your jokes are questionable, and your heart for this community is unmatched. Thanks for building more than a gym, you’ve built a family.
