I will resume classes at Harlan Hall Monday, September 21! I went for a follow up this evening, and I am just not quite ready yet. I will warn you my eye is still a little red, but it’s not terrible anymore according to my kids!

Classes will be Monday @ 6:30 PM, Tuesday @ 9 AM, Wednesday @ 6 PM (AWANA Momma’s, this fits perfectly if your kids are at MBC!), and Friday @ 9 AM.

I unfortunately had to have emergency eye surgery yesterday. My follow up is Thursday so I will announce afterwards about Friday’s class.

Free class tonight at 6:30 PM at Harlan Hall! If you have any curiosity at all, please come check it out! This class is for all levels. Most of my students are brand new to yoga!

I have extra mats and blocks so all you need to do is dress comfy and maybe bring some water!

Big news! I am adding a class Monday at 6:30 PM. I know Monday is Labor Day this coming week, so I thought it would be a great day to host a class for no cost to you. There is no excuse not to give it a try now! I even have extra mats and blocks!

If the idea of what you think a yoga class would be like is holding you back, I can promise my classes are nothing like that. We are focused on the goal of uniting our movement with breath, but we also laugh and students are encouraged to ask questions. I want to help you find the version of each pose in alignment with where you are right now in your journey. I am here for you!

Oh my goodness I had no idea what was going on around me during the yin portion of my practice yesterday! Zoey, the Zombie Chicken, earned her own post. She went from curious, to showing off, annoyed, and then looking like she has a complaint and wants to talk to the manager. 😂
