The TRUTH about counting macros for weight loss.

Fad and yo-yo diets go in and out of style. If you have spent endless months counting calories, but have seen no results, then calories are only part of the issue.

I'm not saying that you should stop counting calories; if you're goal is to lose weight then knowing you are in a deficit is a key player. But, it isn't just about the numbers of calories in the food you eat through the day but the "elements" within.

Tracking your macros plays a part in making a plan for smart food choices. Think of it as "leveling up" or adding a new tool to the calories you're already tracking.

Macro counting let's you know where your calories are coming from, because honestly not all calories are created equal.

Example. Let's imagine a calorie goal of 2000cal per day and 1g of protein has 4 calories. If you eat 125g of protein, then you ingest 500 calories. This leaves 1500 calories left to consume to split between fats and carbs.

Counting your macros will:
-Lose stubborn belly fat
- Maintain lean muscle
-Keep you satisfied.
