Hi friends✨ I hope everyone has been enjoying this lovely fall weather thus far 🍁🍂

I am making a few adjustments to the schedule. Please also keep an eye out for an email (sending in next few days) with updates and changes that will be taking place in these upcoming months. Thank you all for always being so amazing and supportive. I appreciate you more than you know! Please see schedule below (* by the days that are changing):

Sun: 9:15-10:30am Hot Vinyasa
Mon: No class
*Tues: 6-7pm Gentle Vinyasa [every other week, 10/29, 11/12, etc.]
Wed: 6-7pm Hot Vinyasa
*Thurs: 6-7pm Slow Flow & Rest [every other week, 11/7, 11/21, etc.]
*Fri: No class
Sat: No class
