Our instructional lens for the semester is “CONNECT…Communication Connects Us All”! Today in Art, our INSPIRE students learned about an ancient method of communication…Cave Paintings! Students used charcoal to draw some commonly used symbols found inside caves from the Stone Age…deer, bison, horses and more!

Arts integration makes learning so meaningful!

Registration is underway for Harmony, a traveling youth choral ensemble sponsored by Da Capo Virginia.

The program provides students with weekly rehearsals at Stone Memorial Church, 3030 Virginia Ave. in Collinsville.

Throughout the year, students will participate in community service projects, concerts and choir tour trips while building friendships and connections within the community.

The fall session begins Tuesday, September 22.

Da Capo Calendar for the 2026-27 year! Whew...lots of musical memories to make...between Vivo in multiple locations, INSPIRE, Harmony, Summer Session, Da Capo Certification Training, concerts, tours...when will we come up for air! Not until EVERY student feels the Da Capo LOVE!
