🎉 UPDATE! A second chance to celebrate the 4th at Jimmy Nash City Park is taking place on Friday, July 24th! Festivities begin at 7:00 PM. Fireworks launch at 10:00 PM.

***Original Post - July 4, 2026*** The fireworks scheduled at Jimmy Nash City Park tonight are being postponed. The new date has not yet been finalized.

We are closed this saturday so that we can patticipate in Indiana's annual state-wide ride.

A one-day endurance bike ride across the state of Indiana from Terre Haute to Richmond. This ride has 160- and 200-mile bicycle routes, completed in one day.

Please be gentle this weekend as we will have a newer worker helping out this weekend while we go to Brownsburg for the B&O Trail Ride to further prepare ourselves for the Ride Across Indiana (RAIN).

For those feeling depressed and missing some outdoor air, this is a traffic free place to get out and feel safe.

For those of you with winter blues or just going stir crazy the Greenway Trail was plowed this morning. 
You will still need to use caution. We do not have sand or chemicals to put on the trail, but the snow has been removed to the best of our ability so that you can get back to enjoying the beautiful sites along our river
