F3 The Union Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you found him. The leaders of F3 launched their first Saturday workout on January 1, 2011 on the campus of A.G.

F3 — our three Fs stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith — traces its roots to a free, participant-led bootcamp workout held on Saturday mornings at a Charlotte, North Carolina park since 2006. Middle School in Charlotte. F3 The Union (Union County) launched on October 1, 2021 with its first workout at High School Stadium Parking lot (aka “The Factory”). All F3 workouts…
- Are free of charge
- Are open to all men
- Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
- Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary

Carrying a 50 lb coupon up a wet hill while the Q yells about form. I wouldn't trade it for 2 extra hours of sleep.
​The workout is brutal, but the payoff is the circle of trust. 6:00 AM hits, the work is done, and we stand together.
​Fitness gets us there, but Fellowship keeps us coming back.
