FORCE is the Select/Premier soccer program of Pilchuck Soccer Alliance. We are a close-knit soccer community formed out of a merger of several successful youth soccer clubs from the Marysville, Arlington, and Lakewood areas with decades of history behind us. We provide players in Snohomish County and the greater Seattle area with the opportunity to be coached and play soccer at the Select and Premier level. Our teams play in either the North Puget Sound League (NPSL), or the Puget Sound Premier League (PSPL), and compete with some of the top youth soccer teams in the State of Washington. Our goal is to provide the highest level of soccer coaching and playing experience possible at the most affordable rate. Force was created as an alternative to the extremely high cost of playing Premier/Select level soccer that are typical—eliminating the barrier for players who otherwise could not afford to play. We believe Force is the highest value competitive soccer program in the greater Seattle area. We invite you to join our soccer “family” and play with Force! ⚽️ Happy !

Great coaching goes beyond tactics and scorelines. It’s about building a competitive environment where athletes are pushed to test their limits, embrace adversity, and execute at the highest level, all while knowing they are supported as complete individuals.

👀 "If you're not having fun, what's the point? You can work hard and be super serious about winning, but if you take away the silliness and joy, you lose the reason you started playing in the first place."
— Trinity Rodman on TikToks and high level performance.

Youth sports are full of pressure—from standings, stats, and high expectations. But taking a minute to laugh and be silly at training isn't a distraction from hard work; it’s how athletes release tension and stay LOCKED IN. Joy is the ultimate pressure release valve. 🤪🔥

From 12 to 160 in just one summer?! 🤯⚽

Luna put in the work—juggling at home 1–2 times a day, keeping it fun, and staying relentless.

Her advice to you? "Keep practicing and don’t give up!" 🔥 Way to work, Luna! 👊💥
