Summer is almost here and with it the annual Memorial Day MURPH CHALLENGE! 💪🏻☀️
Join Smart Gym and XGT members alike on Monday, May 31st at 5 AM, 6 AM, or 9 AM as we honor our military by completing the MURPH:
🏃🏽♀️ 1 Mile Run
💪🏻 100 Pull-ups
🙌🏻 200 Push-ups
🏋🏼 300 Squats
🏃🏻♂️ 1 Mile Run
We will be closing early at 1 PM that day, but our 9:30 PM XGT will be available to those with 24/7 key fob access 💪🏻💪🏻

Happy (almost) Turkey Day 🦃🍁Whether you’re planning a low key day or celebrating with family, we hope you know how thankful we are for our Smart Gym community‼️
We will be closing tomorrow at 2 PM, so you will be able to catch the 5 AM and 9 AM XGT Classes before the feast begins 😉 Key fobs will still work in the interim.
