I’ve learned that positions have a way of hiding pain.

Because titles never heal wounds.
Achievement never replaces surrender.
And purpose was never meant to become a hiding place for pain.

The leaders who create the greatest impact aren’t the ones who pretend they’re invincible.
They’re the ones courageous enough to let God heal what no one else sees.

Your calling is too valuable to carry unnecessary baggage.

Healing isn’t separate from your impact. It’s part of it.

The valley isn’t about reliving your pain.

It’s about reaching it.

Psychologically, healing requires us to acknowledge what happened, recognize what it cost us, grieve those losses, and finally release the debt we’ve been carrying.

Spiritually, that’s where Jesus meets us, in our full surrender.

The valley isn’t the end of the journey.

It’s where we travel lighter.

Hey Everyone!

Many of you may not know this, but in 2023, I joined a Master's of Counseling program at the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine!

Alongside coaching, it has been the greatest honor to learn from the best in order to add licensed counseling to my practice.

And I am excited to share that this month I will enter the last year of my program and begin seeing counseling clients in the state of OHIO.

So if you live in Ohio or have friends and family here that could use a safe space to process, I would love for you to share my information!

I will accept insurance and offer a discounted therapy rate for the next year while operating under a trainee license.
