Now that all the presents are open, all the cake and ice cream is eaten, the ball has dropped and you survived the hangover, it’s time to get rid of all the pounds you packed on over the holiday season.
Take all the clothes off the treadmill, get out the exercise mat, dig up that old exercise video and get yourself really determined to actually do it this year!
