This is energy work.

We all have patterns. In our body, in our nervous system, in our thoughts. They shape how we show up in the world every day, mostly going unnoticed, but quietly running the show.

Whether we recognize them or not, our patterns show up constantly. The way we respond to stress, how we cope with anxiety, how we choose to react in everyday situations.
