🔥 BOYS HIP-HOP IS BACK AT STUDIO 136! 🔥

We are SO excited to announce that Studio 136 Dance Center will be offering an ALL-BOYS HIP-HOP CLASS taught by the one and only MR. AIDAN!!! 🕺🔥

When we asked Mr. Aidan what kind of class he would love to fill his time with, his answer was absolutely perfect:

“I would like to have a full-circle moment and offer a boys hip-hop again because that’s where I started.”

🥹❤️ And those memories are ones he holds near and dear to his heart!

Now, he gets to create those same kinds of memories and experiences for a whole new generation of young male dancers. How special is that?! 🙌

This year Studio 136 is offering an adult dance fitness class known as REFIT® that combines powerful moves and positive music to create an exciting, fun experience for all ages, shapes, and sizes. Finding a positive workout shouldn’t be a negative experience, so we’re bringing the party to your fitness routine within a community where YOU belong!

Studies show that dancing helps your whole body from cardiovascular to muscular health, improves your brain health as you age, and boosts your mood to reduce stress - keeping you healthy overall. In REFIT® there are no wrong moves, no judgements, and no experience required - just your body to move. Your REFIT® instructor, Brittni, includes modifications for ALL abilities and levels - so you are sure to have a great time moving along, no matter what!
