Strength looks different for everyone. 💪🏼
After being involved in an accident where her van was pinned by a semi truck, went through multiple surgeries and now lives with metal rods in her arm, foot, and leg, Terri continues to show up consistently and put in the work.

Just a month ago, curling 15 lbs was difficult. Today, she’s doing it with no issues.

A reminder that not everyone comes to the gym to build muscle. For some, the goal is simply to move better, regain strength, and improve quality of life. we’re proud to be part of her journey!
