October Focus: Cooperation! 🩷

At Charlotte Allstars, we know that great teams are built on more than individual talent. They’re built on cooperation!

This month, we’re focusing on cooperation: working together, supporting one another, and understanding that every athlete plays an important role in the team’s success. Cooperation means putting “we” before “me,” giving your best effort, and encouraging your teammates to do the same. When we celebrate each other’s strengths, communicate, and work toward a common goal, we become stronger together.

“Good teams become great ones when the members trust each other enough to surrender ‘me’ for ‘we.’”
— Phil Jackson

September Focus: Commitment! 🖤

At Charlotte Allstars, we know that reaching your goals takes more than talent, it takes commitment.

This month, we’re focused on commitment: choosing to show up, work hard, and give your best even when you’re tired, frustrated, or things aren’t going your way. Commitment means keeping the promises you make to yourself, your teammates, and your coaches. Motivation may come and go, but staying committed means trusting the process and continuing to push toward your goals.

Show up. Work hard. Keep going. Your team is counting on you! 🖤

“Every champion was once a contender that didn’t give up.”
— Gabby Douglas
