What time is it? At 6:45pm it’s time to Run with these fabulously delightful people thru Matthews and Greenway. All paces (walking is a pace), all ages, distances of 1-3-5+ miles, and socializing awaits. It will be a tad warm at Run Time with only slight humidity so leave your sweater at home but bring your lights since we tilt away from the sun at 6:50pm.

So much fun to run with us for our regular 1-3-5+ Mile scamper thru Matthews and the Greenway. We start at 6:45pm but allow time to find a spot to rest your vehicle. Tonight is going to be great weather for running with temps 67-70, no rain, and darkness descending at 7pm so bring your lights. Afterwards we socialize and have a beverage or two while discussing how our run went and other esoteric topics of relevance.

LIGHT your way tonight for our regular 1-3-5+ Mile run thru Matthews and the Greenway. It will be dusky on your way out and undoubtedly less illuminating on your way back what with sunset at 7:10pm. We’d like to see your smiling face upon your triumphant return. Fabulous night for a run so do join us. We’ll be glad you did!

Autumnal Equinox anyone? Fall has arrived but your view may be delayed. Join us tonight for our regular 1-3-5+ Mile trek thru Matthews and Greenway, basking in the lower temperatures but sweltering in the very humid conditions. Sounds oh so delightful you might want to bring a friend. We gather at 6:45pm, run/walk a bit, socialize a bit more, then skedaddle.

We run, we walk, sometimes we amble, but we show up at 6:45pm to celebrate each other and revel in the joy of moving thru the 1-3-5+ Mile course in Matthews and the Greenway. Tonight we salute the Blue Ridge Relay Teams (Velocity Vixens and No Fox to Give), our 12 person Women’s Team and 12 person Men’s Team all certifiably joyously nuts. Congratulations to all the Around the Crown 10K champs; about 10,000 of our closest run buddies showed up making for a spectacular Queen City run event. Definitely September but apparently the weather hasn’t gotten the memo so join us tonight for an oh so HOT run. It will be between 90-93 at our 6:45pm Run Time and feel like 98! But misery loves company so you just gotta slip on those running shoes and join in the merriment. A quick 1-3-5+ Mile scamper thru Matthews & Greenway is just the ticket to make you appreciate a refreshing beverage with friends after.

Come frolic with friends for what promises to be a fabulous evening for running. Mostly sunny, temps hovering around 82, a cool breeze, sure a touch of humidity to remind you it’s still August, and a spectacular sunset to cap your evening over a tasty beverage. We converge at 6:45pm for a quick picture, then run/walk a delightful 1-3-5+ Mile route thru Matthews & Greenway. Join us, we’ll be glad you did.
