Grateful to have Essence Mind Body during the pandemic. The opportunity to participate virtually in classes is appreciated! My in person visits have been limited to a few private sessions - however after watching your studio stand by the recommendation requiring masks, attention to social distancing, and disinfecting/sanitizing I am looking forward to attending classes in person soon.
