🚼 💪 Getting back into fitness after baby can feel overwhelming - your body's been through a lot and knowing where to start is hard. These are the top 3 moves we train our postpartum clients with. They rebuild your core + pelvic floor first, then build up your glutes and hips.

1️⃣ Dead Bugs — 2 × 8–10 per side
2️⃣ Glute Bridges — 2 × 15
3️⃣ Goblet Squats — 2 × 10

🔑 The secret sauce: exhale on the effort every single rep to reconnect that deep core.
