I LOVE YOGA HOUSE BECAUSE: It is more than just another studio, it is a community. A space where both members and staff are always friendly and show up with intention. We’ll break down tripod and closing headstands step by step, working on alignment, strength, balance, core activation and safe ways to get in and out of each pose.
