• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the ERP Famous system.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
• Provide training and support to staff on ERP functionalities.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems as they arise.

Julio recently participated in the Fundamentals & Commodity Labs Course at the USDA National Training and Development Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia📍.

He kicked things off with an online course covering the basics of USDA inspections, followed by hands-on training in Virginia where he gained practical experience working with various commodities.

Thanks to the expert instructors and the in-depth training, Julio gained valuable insights into USDA inspection processes, which he’s now applying to improve the quality of inspections at IBT. 🚀
