956 United College Signing Night ⚽️🎓

Last night was a historic moment for our club as we celebrated 12 graduating players committing to continue their academic and soccer careers at the collegiate level — officially becoming the largest college signing class in 956 United history.

For a club that is only in its 4th year, this milestone represents the hard work, sacrifice, and commitment from our players, families, coaches, and community that continue to believe in the vision of 956 United.

Over the last four years, our club has continued to grow both on and off the field. These are some of the achievements from these two groups:

956 United is proud to be the only club in the Rio Grande Valley providing a complete pathway for both boys and girls — from the largest REC program through MYSA to national platforms such as MLS NEXT and DPL, while continuing to help provide college opportunities for players throughout our program and surrounding communities.

What makes nights like this special is not just the success on the field, but the opportunity to celebrate the families and players who have trusted the process and helped build something truly special here in the RGV.

In just four years, 956 United has grown into one of the largest soccer communities south of the San Antonio area, and we believe this is only the beginning.

🏆 2012 MLS NEXT Academy Division — Pioneer League Champions 🏆

A massive accomplishment for this group in their first MLS NEXT AD season, finishing top of the league and being crowned Pioneer League Champions. ❤️💛

This past week, the boys also made a strong run at the MLS NEXT Regional Qualifiers in Kansas, reaching the Quarterfinals before falling in penalties to Sporting KC, who went on to win the tournament.

We are extremely proud of this group of players, coaches, and families for the hard work, commitment, and support shown all season long. This team has helped set the standard in our club’s first year competing in MLS NEXT.

A special shoutout as well to all of our MLS NEXT teams for competing hard throughout the season. The foundation has been built, and we’ll be back stronger in August. 🔴🟡⚽️
