Everybody scared of a little cardio. 😂 if you’re lifting and finding you need 2-3 mins between sets to catch your breathe, you should probably mix in some cardio intervals to build your aerobic (Heart) endurance. This will help build your anaerobic capacity to handle sudden burst of energy.
