Coach Rick has been with Professor Diego Ferreira since the beginning and has been such an important part of Team Ferreira ever since.

He has a special way of bringing out the best in everyone, inside and outside of the gym. His experience, loyalty, guidance, and heart mean more to us than words can say.

To so many of us, he is much more than a coach. He is family, a mentor, and someone we deeply respect and appreciate.
