Week 8 update - let’s talk about it

Stop letting yourself drindle away. Find the time to move your body 🗣️🫶🏻✨💪🏻
This was a neat easy idea:
Oats: 40g
Chia seeds: 12g
Fairlife milk: 4oz
Dymatizs protein powder: 1 scoop
PB2: 13g
Mix all together then refrigerate overnight or a few hours
Take out and add in sugar free strawberry jelly: 1-2 servings
Cut up and add in a few strawberries on top.
Additional topping if you want: Lily’s chocolate chips: 14g
Enjoy 😋
The best thing is ridding yourself of decision fatigue 🗣️✨✨💪🏻
Pick meals you enjoy and eat them on repeat 🔁
Bottom line it’s not for everyone but I will 💀 on this hill…I LOVE morning workouts.
I’m able to get it out of the way, they get my day going, I am full of energy, and it allows me to spend the evening w/ my family which is most important.
Ultimately do what’s best for you - because ANY exercise is better than no exercise 🗣️🫶🏻💪🏻✨
The hardest part of my fitness journey once I became a mom was thinking that I couldn’t relive the fitness journey I had when I was single and younger which I realized that wasn’t the case at all.
If anything, I felt more pressure to be perfect and I felt I couldn’t provide any excuses when in reality my life had changed.
So the biggest thing that helped me was finally realizing that I had to simplify things. It wasn’t easy for me to just get up and go to the gym. It wasn’t easy for me to just go do things like I did when I was single.
I had to find a way to really balance and do what I could that was enough to at least just move my body.
Once you realize that you don’t have to be perfect, you just have to concentrate on what’s in your control - maintaining a fitness lifestyle is going to be so much easier as a mom.
