🏉❤️🖤 CALLING ALL LOCAL BUSINESSES & COMMUNITY SUPPORTERS! 🖤❤️🏉
The McAllen Maidens Women’s Rugby are starting a brand-new chapter, and we’re looking for sponsors who want to be part of our journey! ⚔️
As we rebuild and grow our team, sponsorships will help us with:
🏉 Team promotion & recruiting
🏉 Practice equipment
🏉 CIPP registration for our team & players
🏉 Practice and game field fees
🏉 Other expenses needed to build and operate our program
Whether you’re a local business, organization, family, or individual, your support can make a real difference in helping us create more opportunities for women in the Rio Grande Valley to get on the pitch and experience rugby.
❤️🖤 Sponsorship opportunities are available at multiple levels, including monetary and in-kind support.
In return, we want to proudly recognize the businesses and community members who stand behind the Maidens and help us grow.
📩 Interested in becoming a sponsor?
Send us a message here on Facebook or contact us via email for our 2026–2027 Sponsorship Letter & Sponsorship Opportunities.
Help us build something strong in the RGV — one player, one practice, and one season at a time.

🏉 Why Rugby? Why Not You?

Rugby is a sport where every body type and every strength has a place. Whether you’re fast, powerful, strategic, athletic, or just ready to challenge yourself, there’s a position for you.

For women in the Rio Grande Valley, rugby is more than a workout. It’s a chance to build confidence, discover your strength, develop leadership skills, and become part of a supportive community of women who push each other to grow.

Women’s rugby continues to grow across the country, and the U.S. women’s historic Olympic bronze in 2024 showed just how far the sport has come.

You don’t need experience. You don’t need to be a certain size or shape. You just need to be willing to give it a try.

❤️🖤 Come find your place on the pitch with the McAllen Maidens.
🏉 RGV women belong in rugby.

🏉🔥 STRONG. POWERFUL. UNSTOPPABLE. 🔥🏉

There’s something different about stepping onto the pitch. ❤️🖤

It’s strength.
It’s confidence.
It’s pushing past what you thought you could do.
It’s getting knocked down and getting right back up. 💪

These women don’t just play rugby — they tackle hard, run harder, support each other, and leave everything they have on that pitch.

Different backgrounds. Different shapes. Different sizes. ONE TEAM.

You don’t have to look a certain way to be strong.
You don’t have to be experienced to become powerful.
You just have to be willing to SHOW UP. 🏉🔥

⚔️ McAllen Maidens Women’s Rugby
❤️ Strong women. Strong team. Stronger together.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? 👀
