Two weeks ago, I made a decision to start showing up for myself again.
I knew it wouldn’t be easy. And honestly, I wasn’t expecting it to be.
The miles haven’t felt effortless. The fitness isn’t where it used to be. And I’m definitely not where I want to be yet. But for the last two weeks, I’ve stayed consistent. Every day, I remind myself that I’m not where I left off, and I’m not where I want to be yet. I’m somewhere in between…….
So I’m staying patient as I climb back up. Because nothing is impossible when you keep showing up, even on the days you don’t feel your best.
