Last night I was in my living room worshipping with my girls and everything began to hit me.

I’m 35 and almost everything I prayed for at 22 is here. My wife, four kids, a home, the ability to provide for my family and actually be there.

I built Primal for 12 years, so when it closed, I struggled because one of the things I used to measure my success was gone. I could look at Primal and say I built that.

But these last three months taught me I gained something without a price tag. Time.
Time for my wife. My kids. Bedtime. Worshipping with my girls. School stuff. Helping Roxy. Random afternoons. Moments I’ll never get back.

Those 12 years of long days, stress and sacrifice built the freedom I have today.

I’m still hungry for more, but I’ve learned gratitude and ambition don’t have to compete.
