I’m Martha, owner and trainer at Iron Beauty Fitness, the only all-women’s gym in the Valley open over 11 years.
I’ve been training women for 13+ years with a focus on strength, simple workouts, and results.
Certified through ISSA and NASM Nutrition.
I train while living with Hashimoto’s & hypothyroidism, so I truly understand the struggle—and the discipline it takes.
