The Overdogs Blitz Fundraiser Summer Series is officially in motion, and we already have families locking in their spots!

WHY THE BLITZ?
This is a high-speed, 3.5-week "Blitz" season designed to build our Tournament Fund. We are playing a lot of games and keeping the focus on pure development.

REMINDER: We are strictly capping this at 120 players. We want 10 teams of 12—no more, no less—to ensure everyone gets maximum reps.

THE OVERDOGS SUMMER BLITZ FUNDRAISER!

We are officially launching the Overdogs Blitz Summer Series, and this isn't just a league—it’s our primary fundraiser to fuel our Tournament Teams for the upcoming season! 100% of the proceeds go directly toward the program.

We’ve engineered a high-intensity, 3.5-week "Sprint" season (10 games total) designed to give RGV players the highest quality reps in the shortest amount of time.

THE BLITZ DETAILS:
📅 TIMELINE: Mid-May through Mid-June (Finish before the July heat!)
⚾ FORMAT: 3 Games/Week. 4-Inning Sprints. No Clocks.
🛡️ SAFETY: USA Bats only + strict 5-out pitching limits to protect arms.
⚖️ BALANCE: Every player is ranked/drafted. No blowouts, just competitive ball.

WHY JOIN THE BLITZ?
Most rec leagues drag on for months. We’re doing it in 10 high-speed sessions. You get the development, you support the Overdogs program, and you still get your summer back.

First 12u placement in the books! 📚🏆

We couldn't be prouder of this team. Even with many of our players playing up a division, they didn't back down for a second. They stepped onto that 12u diamond, competed at a high level, and brought home the hardware! 🥈💪

It’s all about the experience and the reps, and these kids proved they belong on any field they step on. Let's go, Overdogs! 🐾⚾️

Size differences? It’s always fun seeing the contrast in youth sports. No big deal on the baseball diamond. ⚾️ These kids are all heart, and that’s what counts! 🔥 🐾

𝗘𝗹𝘀𝗮, 𝗧𝗫 — 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗼𝗴𝘀 officially secured a 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 at the 𝗖𝟰 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 & 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 tournament at Mario Leal Park this Sunday.

While the silver hardware is headed to the trophy case, the real story was the bond on the field. The team played with heart all weekend, and the celebration didn't stop at the handshake line. Whether it's a clutch hit or 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶 𝗦𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗵 tackling 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘆𝗻 into the Elsa dirt after a big win, this squad plays for each other.
