Things are moving along at The Fieldhouse!

Demolition continues with saw cuts into the foundation for our cafe and upgraded family-style restrooms, and the back area behind the building is getting cleared to make room for the outdoor courts.

What do the Embassy Suites McAllen, the new Our Lady of Sorrows Parish Life Center, McAllen City Center, the Laurie P. Andrews PAWS Center, the Ophelia Hotel in Marble Falls, the Courtyard by Marriott on South Padre Island, and now The Fieldhouse all have in common?

They are all projects proudly built by Alamo System Industries!

We are honored to partner with ASI as the general contractor for The Fieldhouse. Across Texas, ASI has built an impressive portfolio of hospitality, commercial, civic, healthcare, industrial, and community projects, earning a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to successfully execute highly complex developments.

At 7,000 square feet indoors and 5,000 square feet outdoors, The Fieldhouse is much smaller than many of the hotels, resorts, campuses, and commercial facilities ASI routinely delivers. That's exactly why we're excited about this partnership.

Every great facility starts long before the first shovel hits the ground. It starts with a plan, a vision, and the right people to bring it to life!

As we move through the planning phase of The Fieldhouse, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible teams working behind the scenes to make this project a reality for the RGV:

• Future Image Design LLC — Creating the renderings and walkthroughs that give us (and you!) a preview of what's coming

• Lainez Architects & Lab Archs — Leading the architectural planning and overall design of the facility

• Spoor Engineering Consultants — Overseeing civil engineering and site development planning

• MEP Solutions Engineering — Designing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that will support the building's full operations

• Atlas Engineering Consultants — Providing the structural engineering to ensure the building's strength and long-term stability
