Last year, the open tree field on Walenjus Rd in McBain had baler issues during the Christmas season. It left our customers without a free service that makes it easier to transport and set up a Christmas tree. We don't want that to ever happen again. So, we built a table for a hand baling system. We'll be baling up trees for free again this Christmas season!

The fall digging season starts right after Labor Day. Trees are dug fresh to your order and placed in a biodegradable pot. Grown in Missaukee County. Pick up in the McBain area.

The 2026 pruning crew was a crew of two. Pruning season wrapped up today! Couldn't have done it with out her.

Sun hats and sunscreen are required equipment in my tree field!

If you purchase your Christmas tree from our open tree field on Walenjus Rd. in McBain, you are going to want to look in the 'middle' section! If you know that section, you know how beautiful they were last year. Well, they are even better this year! Lots of "perfect" 7 to 8 foot Blackhills Spruce! Looking forward to seeing you at Christmas time.

In 2003, we started planting trees at the Walenjus Rd tree lot. It is was our first feild. This is one of the original trees. There are only a few left. It's a Norway Spruce.
