🔥✝️ I WILL CARRY MY CROSS, NO MATTER WHAT! ✝️🔥

Let me tell you something. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, and I understand that following Him comes with sacrifice, opposition, and difficult seasons. Jesus said in Luke 9:23 (ESV), “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.” I am willing to carry my cross, even when the road becomes difficult. I will not abandon my faith because of opposition, accusations, or the opinions of people.

Jesus said in John 15:18–19 (ESV), “If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you.” I understand that I am not called to live for the approval of this world. My identity and loyalty belong to Jesus Christ. When I see corruption, favoritism, racism, hatred, and Law Enforcement officers abusing their badges, I will continue to seek truth and righteousness. I believe we are called to stand against wrongdoing, regardless of a person’s race, position, rank, or connections. Nobody should be above accountability.

The Bible says in 2 Timothy 3:12 (ESV), “Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.” I understand that standing for what is right can bring opposition, but I must continue to walk in faith and remain faithful to God.

1 Peter 2:21 (ESV) reminds me that Christ suffered for us, leaving us an example so that we may follow in His steps. Therefore, even when I face accusations, unfairness, or hardship, I must continue to demonstrate integrity, self-control, truth, and the character of Jesus Christ. I will stand for justice, but I will also examine my own actions and make sure my life reflects the Word of God.

Acts 5:29 (ESV) says, “We must obey God rather than men.” My ultimate loyalty belongs to God. I will not allow fear, pressure, or human authority to cause me to abandon my convictions when they are grounded in God’s Word. I will seek God’s wisdom and act with integrity.

I WILL CARRY MY CROSS. I WILL STAND FOR TRUTH. I WILL NOT GROW WEARY OF DOING GOOD.

Galatians 6:9 (ESV): “And let us not grow weary of doing good.”

🙏✝️ GOD, GIVE ME THE STRENGTH TO REMAIN FAITHFUL, THE WISDOM TO SPEAK TRUTH, AND THE HUMILITY TO WALK IN YOUR WAYS. AMEN. 🙏

I want to take a moment to give recognition to this book and to the countless Black creators, inventors, innovators, and engineers whose contributions helped shape the world we live in today.

I support Black creators and Black innovation, and I believe our history deserves to be learned, studied, documented, and properly recognized.

Think about how many things we interact with every single day.

🚨 1. Traffic Signals — Garrett Morgan
Garrett Morgan patented a three-position traffic signal in 1923. His design added a warning/caution position between stop and go and became an important development in modern traffic-control systems. (National Inventors Hall of Fame⁠)

🛗 2. Automatic Elevator Doors — Alexander Miles
In 1887, Alexander Miles patented an automatic mechanism for opening and closing elevator doors, an important safety improvement that is reflected in modern elevator systems. (HISTORY⁠)

🎤 3. Electret Microphone — James E. West
James E. West co-invented the foil electret microphone, technology that became widely used in telephones, hearing aids, recording equipment, and other devices. (HISTORY⁠)

🚛 4. Refrigeration for Trucks — Frederick McKinley Jones
Frederick Jones developed a portable refrigeration system that allowed perishable food, medicine, and other goods to be transported over long distances. (HISTORY⁠)

So the next time you walk through automatic elevator doors, stop at a traffic light, use a microphone, receive refrigerated food, travel by train, turn on a light, or use a home-security system, remember this:

Black innovation is not just something you read about during Black History Month.

Black innovation is part of everyday life.

“HOW DOES IT FEEL TO CHEAT WHEN THE SYSTEM WAS RIGGED IN YOUR FAVOR?”

So you can take your body camera off, turn it a certain way so the camera doesn’t see you taking a suspect’s am******on, steal someone’s 30-round magazine with the am******on in it, have the fi***rm at your house with your wife and kids between the mattress and the side of the bed, beat people with flashlights, violate people’s rights, leave, come back, and still be handed a supervisor position?

How does it feel to cheat?
How does it feel to rig processes?
